Mail: You can also pay me directly by money order, bank check or personal check. If you chose this option, you need to email me with the number of the item(s) and a brief description so that I can put your purchase aside for you. I will then confirm receipt of your e-mail and give you my mailing address so that you can send the payment. If you want to talk to me in person, email me with that request and I will send you my phone number, or you can send me yours. Be sure to tell me which time zone you're in, and the best time of day to reach you.
Shipping All *available items will be shipped within three business days of receiving payment via PayPal, money order or bank check.. If you pay by personal check, your purchase will not be shipped until the check clears, which can take 10-14 days depending on the whim of your bank or mine. Well established customers will, of course, be exempt from this delay. * This does not hold true for custom orders or for items that need adjustment. US Shipping: I use the USPS. With all this e-mail stuff, they need the work and I think they’re better than the other carriers - at least most of the time. Nobody’s perfect. If you managed to spend less than $51.00, you have a choice:
If you spent $51.00 or more, you don’t have a choice. Your package will go by Priority Mail (insured and with delivery conformation) for $7.00 Now, if you just found the perfect piece to go with that drop-dead gorgeous outfit you bought for that very special occasion that’s this week end, there’s = = EXPRESS MAIL = = which is next day delivery to most areas if it gets to the post office in the early morning. If you are that desperate, and will use PayPal, email me for the cost. I’ll start packing and as soon as the payment clears your purchase will be on its way. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Let me know the item you want, and the country to which I'd be shipping it, and I'll give you a quote on shipping. My general choice will be to use Global Priority Mail, and I will insist upon proper packaging.
Also, when we are filling out the customs declaration form, we must use the correct value of the items.
Returns Sales are final on all items purchased "on sale" (i.e. at reduced prices), custom orders, or items that have been adjusted. These can neither be returned nor exchanged. On the other hand, if the piece you bought is just not what you expected--despite my detailed lengthy description and the admonition to email me if you had any questions--you may return it for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Please email me for approval and to let me know whether you want an exchange or credit. Neither service will include the cost of shipping, to you initially or the return shipping. You are responsible for properly re-packing and insuring any item returned.
If you like my offerings well enough to give them as gifts, may I recommend that you purchase a gift certificate for your friend or loved one? Please allow time for the certificate to be prepared and mailed to you. Certificates will be redeemable for 200 days from the date issued. All my jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. (Unless the package arrived all beat up, in which case that’s what the insurance is for). If the jewelry breaks or comes apart and it was my fault, I will repair or replace it at no additional cost, or, if preferred, give you a full refund as soon as the jewelry is returned to me. If you have a problem of this nature, please let me know as soon as possible, and in any case before returning the item. The cost of postage is included in this guarantee. Sincerely, PegM
